Terms and conditions
The terms for using insure-fleet.co.uk: what the website is and is not, how we are paid, and what to check when your business looks for fleet cover.
- Insure Fleet is an information website for UK businesses that run vehicles. We are not an insurer or a broker, and we do not give advice.
- Quote buttons take you to MyMoneyComparison.com, whose own terms apply from that point.
- We are an affiliate of MyMoneyComparison.com and may earn a small commission if you are matched with, and speak to, a broker.
- Any policy is between your business and the broker or insurer, on their terms. The information you give them needs to be accurate.
- The website is free to use and is for people and businesses in the UK.
About these terms and who we are
These terms apply to your use of insure-fleet.co.uk. By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
“We”, “us” and “our” mean PM Business Marketing Ltd, trading as Insure Fleet (Company No 12947191), registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX.
“Our partner” means MyMoneyComparison.com, a comparison service that gives consumers and businesses a gateway to specialist insurance brokers, and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 916241). A “broker” is an insurance broker you may be matched with, and an “insurer” is the company that provides the policy.
Our privacy policy forms part of these terms.
What our service is, and what it is not
The website gives general information about fleet insurance in the UK, from car and van fleets to lorries, minibuses, coaches and mixed fleets, together with related business cover.
When you choose a quote button, such as “Get my fleet quote”, you leave this website and continue to MyMoneyComparison.com. Its own terms and privacy policy apply from that point.
Insure Fleet does not provide quotes, compare prices, sell or arrange insurance, or handle claims. We do not decide how you are matched, which broker contacts you, or whether cover is offered.
Nothing on the website is advice or a personal recommendation. Whether a policy suits your business is a question for a broker.
We aim to keep the information accurate, but insurance products and requirements change. Where an insurer, broker or other organisation sets a requirement, its current version applies.
How we are paid
Using the website is free. Insure Fleet is an affiliate of MyMoneyComparison.com. If you follow a link, are matched with a broker who can help with your fleet, and speak to that broker, MyMoneyComparison.com may pay us a small commission.
Your responsibilities when you look for cover
- Quotes, policies and contracts are between your business and the broker or insurer, on their terms. It is worth reading their documents carefully.
- Answers to a broker's or insurer's questions need to be honest, complete and accurate, including details of the vehicles, the drivers, the work the vehicles do and where they are kept. Wrong or missing information can lead to a policy being cancelled, a claim being refused or a higher premium.
- The use shown on the certificate of motor insurance needs to match the work each vehicle actually does, for example carrying your own goods, hire and reward, or carrying fare-paying passengers.
- It is worth checking policy documents as soon as they arrive and reporting any mistake or missing driver or vehicle straight away.
- If you give a broker or insurer information about other people, such as named drivers, you confirm you have their permission to do so.
Using the website
- You may view, print and download pages for personal or business use, as long as you do not change them and you keep any notices in place.
- The content, design and images on the website belong to Insure Fleet or its licensors. Please do not copy, republish or sell them without written permission.
- You agree not to use the website in a way that is unlawful, harmful or deceptive, or to post or send material that is offensive, defamatory or that you do not have the right to share.
- You agree not to try to gain unauthorised access to the website, introduce viruses or harmful code, or attack it, for example with a denial-of-service attack.
- Anything other than personal information that you send us is treated as non-confidential, and we may use it to improve the website.
Availability and links to other websites
We aim to keep the website available, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
We do not control other websites we link to, including MyMoneyComparison.com, and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.
You may link to our pages if you do so fairly, link to the page rather than copying it, and do not suggest that we endorse you. We may ask for a link to be removed at any time.
You can check whether a broker or insurer is authorised on the FCA Financial Services Register.

Complaints and contact
If you have a complaint about the website or about Insure Fleet, please email info@insure-fleet.co.uk or use our contact page, saying what happened and how you would like it put right.
Complaints about a quote, policy, claim or how a broker or insurer has treated you go to that broker or insurer, which has its own complaints process. Complaints about the MyMoneyComparison.com service go to MyMoneyComparison.com.
Our compliance page sets out the full complaints route.
Changes to these terms and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you use the website applies, so it is worth checking it from time to time.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
